Global Fireproof Solutions, Inc., Global Preservative Solutions, and GFSA, LLC, as approved applicators, issue certificates upon completion of an order or project which state that the materials listed on the certificate have been treated per manufacturer specifications associated with the test standard(s) stated therein. The stated treatments have been tested by independent laboratories, and their formulations have been certified to comply with the indicated test standard(s) to achieve the stated rating(s). Global Fireproof Solutions, Inc., Global Preservative Solutions, and GFSA, LLC certify that the treatment applied complies with the manufacturers specifications and has not been altered or adulterated in any manner. The terms and conditions of the treatment manufacturers' warranties for their products are stated in full within the manufacturers' limited warranties.

While applied fire retardants can increase the fire rating of the treated surface, passive fire protection is not capable of preventing any type of fire from occurring, nor can it protect from a fire of a criminal nature.

Global Fireproof Solutions, Inc., Global Preservative Solutions, and GFSA, LLC, warrant the workmanship supplied to perform fire retardant and preservative applications for a period of 1 year from the date of application, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Global Fireproof Solutions, Inc., Global Preservative Solutions, and GFSA, LLC warranties will be void if there is evidence that the product has been subjected to excessive misuse or abuse in handling.
